1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between cd33 ("Platform", "we", "cd33") and every individual ("User", "you") who registers on or uses this platform.

By accessing cd33 through its website, mobile application or any other digital channel, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using cd33's services.

2. Eligibility to Use the Service

To use cd33's services, the following conditions must be met:

1. You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.
2. You must be a valid citizen or permanent resident of Bangladesh and must have the legal capacity to participate in online gaming or betting activities under your local laws.
3. You must operate an account in your own name and for your own benefit — operating an account on behalf of a third party or using third-party funds is prohibited.
4. You must not have any previously suspended or closed account on cd33.
5. You must have internet access and the technical capability required to use the service.

cd33 reserves the right to verify any user's eligibility to use the service at any time without giving reasons. Identity documents such as a National ID card or birth registration certificate may be requested if necessary.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when creating an account on cd33. Details entered at registration — name, mobile number and date of birth — must be truthful. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of associated funds.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify cd33 support immediately.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on cd33 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits may only be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment method may result in the relevant transaction being cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 10 and 45 minutes.

Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed if the wagering requirements on any bonus balance in the account have not been met.

4.3 Erroneous Transactions

If funds are credited to your account by mistake for any reason, those funds remain the property of cd33 and you must notify support immediately. Using erroneously credited funds may result in the account being suspended.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The cd33 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount.

Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

cd33 regularly offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which will be clearly stated in the offer description. A promotion may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation. This includes using multiple accounts, creating artificial betting patterns, or any other practice that goes against the bonus terms.

6. Game and Betting Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

cd33 sets minimum and maximum betting limits for each game or event. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page. cd33 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.2 Betting Disputes

In the event of a dispute over a betting result, cd33's decision will be considered final. cd33 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrectly displayed odds.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited through an account:

• Assisting with any form of match fixing or manipulation.
• Betting or playing games using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Carrying out any form of cyber attack on cd33's systems.
• Conducting transactions using illegal or third-party funds.

7. User Responsibilities

Every cd33 member is fully responsible for their own gaming activity. Gaming and betting are a form of entertainment — participate consciously and in moderation rather than treating it as a source of income.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 cd33's Rights

cd33 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If abuse of the bonus system is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 User Rights

Any user may close their account at their own discretion. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account. If an account is closed by cd33, any valid balance will be returned — however, bonuses and any funds earned from bonuses will be excluded.

Any financial loss resulting from participation in betting or casino games is entirely the user's own responsibility. cd33 does not guarantee any outcome in betting or gaming. Set your own financial limits before participating in any game and stay within those limits.

If a transaction or bet cannot be processed due to an unexpected technical fault, server outage or communication network issue, cd33 will work to resolve it promptly, but no claim for compensation may be made as a result.
